Trenton's Pride snorted as his jockey mounted him "Hey! Ruffshot, keep to the back then pull up at the last few lengths" he said to the horse behind him. "Okay dude, let's race" Ruffshot snort happily.

Pride just snorted and walked on, to the starting gate. Pride whinnied as he was lead to the gate and pawed the earth when he was closed in. Ruffshot snorted and slammed his body into the side of the gate and silence echoed.

Silence echoed until the bell rang and the gates flew open "Trenton's Pride flying into third place while Ruffshot holds 7th but Kind of the Wind is holding first" and Pride trust himself forward throwing himself into 2nd place right beside King

King zoomed in front of the other horses ''you'll neaver get me'' he said

Pride's rider whipped Kings hindquarters pulling King back giving Pride 1st place and he took of then screamed "NOW RUFFSHOT!!!"

Ruffshot weaves through the horses and Pride and Ruffshot were on both sides of King and try rammed him giving Pride the lead and Ruffshot 2nd place as the finish line came into view and Pride pulled ahead by about 4 lengths
